PART I: PRIVACY POLICY
1. Introduction
e-Coding Hub Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," "us," or "Company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App").
MyAverix Finance provides company search, public-market financial data, company snapshot analysis, news, watch/support features, advertising-supported access, and optional paid plans through App Store and Google Play in-app purchases.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Registration Information: Name, email address, phone number (optional), date of birth, country, preferred currency, and app theme preference
- Consent Preferences: Your choices regarding privacy terms, system updates, and required onboarding consents
- Profile Information: Information you update in your profile
- Support Information: Messages, screenshots, logs, email address, and other information you submit when contacting support
- Billing-Related Account Information: Current plan, billing status, search credit balance, subscription status, purchase session identifiers, credit ledger entries, and support records related to payments or access. For Lemon Squeezy checkout, we may store checkout links, order identifiers, subscription identifiers, webhook event status, payment provider metadata, cancellation-support status, and related billing support notes. We do not collect or store your raw credit card, debit card, bank account, or full payment instrument details.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, build number, platform, network state, and device identifiers where available
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, time spent on features, searches performed, news opened, usage-limit counters, ad entitlement state, and screen flow diagnostics
- Log Data: App crashes, errors, technical diagnostic information, client-run logs, app lifecycle events, and purchase/ad troubleshooting events
- Search and Report History: Company searches, recently opened reports, cached company snapshots, and history data used to operate the App. Some history is stored locally on your device; some account/billing usage records may be stored on our servers to enforce limits, credits, and entitlements.
- Advertising-Related Data: Advertising partners including Google AdMob and Liftoff/Vungle may collect device identifiers such as advertising ID/IDFA where permitted, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app activity, ad requests, ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ad events, diagnostic signals, and fraud-prevention data. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on platform settings, consent, region, and ad-network configuration.
- Purchase and Store Data: When you buy a Starter credit pack or Pro subscription, Apple App Store, Google Play, or Lemon Squeezy may process the payment depending on the purchase path. The App and our backend may receive product IDs, purchase tokens, transaction IDs, receipts, subscription status, renewal/cancellation status where available, and confirmation results so we can grant or restore access. For Lemon Squeezy purchases, we may receive checkout, order, customer, subscription, payment success/failure, refund, pause, cancellation, expiration, and webhook event information needed to operate billing and access.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, including:
- App store analytics and install/update metadata
- Error reporting, crash, and diagnostic information
- Apple App Store and Google Play purchase, subscription, receipt, billing, and entitlement status information
- Lemon Squeezy checkout, order, customer, subscription, webhook, refund, cancellation, and payment status information for purchases completed through Lemon Squeezy-hosted checkout pages
- Ad network delivery, measurement, fraud-prevention, consent, and mediation information from Google AdMob, Liftoff/Vungle, and related SDK providers
- Public-market data, company financial statements, news, and market information from financial data providers and public sources
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Providing Services: To operate company search, public-company financial analysis, stock snapshots, news listings, reports history, usage limits, paid plan entitlements, ad-supported access, and support features
- Improving the App: To analyze usage patterns and enhance user experience
- Communications: To send system updates, security notifications, app update notices, payment/access messages, and important service messages
- Personalization: To customize your experience based on your profile, country, currency, theme, and usage state
- Advertising: To display, cap, measure, troubleshoot, and improve ads through Google AdMob and Liftoff/Vungle; ad partners may use data for ad serving, personalization where permitted, non-personalized ads, limited ads, measurement, mediation, and fraud prevention
- Payments and Entitlements: To prepare purchases, verify or record store transactions, grant Starter search credits, activate or restore Pro subscription benefits, disable ads for eligible paid plans, prevent duplicate entitlement grants, and provide billing support. For Lemon Squeezy payments, we use checkout/session records and webhook confirmations to record payment status, activate eligible access, send payment confirmations, handle refund or failed-payment events, and process user-submitted cancellation requests.
- Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, payment misuse, and security threats
- Compliance: To comply with legal obligations, Apple App Store rules, Google Play policies, tax/accounting obligations where applicable, and enforce our terms
- Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
4.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4.2 When We May Share Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the App, including hosting, APIs, diagnostics, support, analytics, data processing, and infrastructure
- Advertising Partners: With advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Liftoff/Vungle, mediation providers, and related SDK providers for ad serving, personalization where permitted, non-personalized ads, limited ads, measurement, reporting, and fraud prevention
- Store and Payment Providers: With Apple App Store, Google Play, and related store billing systems to process in-app purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, entitlement checks, fraud prevention, and transaction support. For purchases made through Lemon Squeezy, information may be shared with Lemon Squeezy to create hosted checkout sessions, process payments, manage subscriptions, receive webhooks, handle refunds, and process cancellation-related support. Payment card and payment instrument details are handled by Apple, Google, or Lemon Squeezy/payment processors, not by us.
- Financial Data and News Providers: With third-party market data, financial statement, and news providers as needed to fetch, cache, display, and troubleshoot public company and market information. We do not send your raw payment-card details to those providers.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, government regulation, tax/accounting obligations, or valid legal process
- Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users, stores, ad partners, data providers, or the public
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets (with notice to users where required)
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information
4.3 Third-Party Offers
MyAverix Finance currently focuses on public-company analysis, news, ads, and store-based paid plans. If we introduce separate third-party financial offers in the future, those offers will be disclosed in the App and will be governed by any additional consent and policy language shown at that time.
4.4 Advertising Services
The App may use advertising services provided by Google AdMob and Liftoff/Vungle. These services may collect and use cookies or similar technologies on web pages, mobile advertising identifiers such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID where available and permitted, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app activity, ad requests, ad impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completion events, device information, and diagnostic signals.
This data is used for ad serving, ad personalization where permitted, non-personalized ads, limited ads, frequency capping, ad measurement, mediation, reporting, abuse prevention, and fraud prevention. Users may be able to limit personalized ads through iOS or Android device settings, App Tracking Transparency choices on iOS where applicable, and regional consent prompts where required.

Advertising and Consent
MyAverix Finance displays ads unless you have an eligible paid entitlement or plan that disables ads. Ads may be served by Google AdMob and Liftoff/Vungle. Depending on your region and platform, we may request consent for personalized advertising or serve non-personalized or limited ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions with similar requirements, ad consent may be required before personalized ads are shown.
Even non-personalized ads may use limited device or contextual data for basic ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregate reporting, security, and fraud prevention. You can adjust advertising identifier and tracking choices in your device settings where supported.
Financial Data Disclaimer
MyAverix Finance does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Company snapshots, financial ratios, stock signals, news, sentiment, analysis, reports, and similar content are generated from public-market data, company filings, data providers, and automated calculations. They are for informational and educational purposes only. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must verify all information independently and consult a qualified professional before making any investment or financial decision.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Local Storage
- Recent searches, report history, cached company snapshots, app preferences, and temporary app data may be stored locally on your device.
- You can delete local data through app settings where available, such as Clear History or Clear Cache.
- Data stored locally remains under your control, subject to your device backup and operating system settings.
5.2 Cloud Storage
- Registration and profile information is stored on secure servers
- Billing profile, purchase sessions, credit ledger, subscription/plan status, support requests, usage-limit counters, mobile client-run logs, and server-side diagnostics may be stored on our secure servers to operate the App, enforce paid access, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
- We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and reasonable safeguards for data at rest
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers only
5.3 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of sensitive data where appropriate
- Secure server infrastructure
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls and authentication
- Fraud, abuse, purchase-integrity, and ad-integrity monitoring
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will:
- Immediately delete that information
- Disable the account
- Notify parents if contact information is available
The App contains financial-market content, ads, and optional paid digital purchases and is not designed for child-directed use.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request access to your personal information
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service
- Objection: Object to processing of your information
- Restriction: Request restriction of processing
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Advertising Choices: Use device settings and any in-app or regional consent tools to limit ad tracking or personalized ads where available.
- Account Deletion: If you created an account in the App, you can request account deletion from the Profile page using the account deletion option, or through the contact methods below if you cannot access the App. We will delete or anonymize associated personal data unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, payment, security, tax/accounting, dispute-resolution, or store compliance reasons.

8. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide services to you
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
- Maintain billing, subscription, credit, refund, support, fraud-prevention, and audit records for the period reasonably required by law, app store rules, accounting obligations, and legitimate business needs
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required by law or legitimate compliance, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information receives adequate protection.
Because the App uses third-party stores, ad networks, cloud services, and market-data providers, your information may be processed by service providers in multiple jurisdictions according to their policies and applicable law.
10. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- We will notify you of significant changes through the App where required or appropriate
- Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
PART II: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyAverix Finance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, paid users, subscribers, and anyone who accesses the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the App
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of financial-market content, ads, and in-app purchases is permitted in your jurisdiction and under your app store account rules.
3. Description of Service
MyAverix Finance provides:
- Public-company search and stock/company information
- Company snapshot reports, financial ratios, charts, public-market data, sentiment/news views, and automated analysis
- Top finance news, positive/negative market news, related news, and full-article views where available
- Usage-limited free access supported by ads
- Optional paid access through Starter search-credit purchases and Pro subscription plans
- Report history, local cache, profile, support, and app settings features
Important: The App provides informational and educational market data and automated analysis only. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or trading advice.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Provide false information
- Misuse app limits, ad rewards, purchase flows, store receipts, subscription access, or support systems
- Otherwise misuse the App
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Manipulate ads, rewarded ad events, usage limits, search credits, subscriptions, purchase receipts, store tokens, logs, or billing entitlement checks
- Use automated scraping, bots, excessive requests, or unauthorized API access to extract market data, news, reports, or paid content
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
All content in the App, including:
- Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
- Software, code, algorithms
- Trademarks, service marks
- Layout, design, user interface
- Generated report structure, app-specific scoring, formatting, summaries, and presentation logic
are owned by e-Coding Hub Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- View and use generated reports for personal informational purposes
This license does not permit commercial use, resale, redistribution, bulk extraction, or unauthorized reuse of the App or its content.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 No Financial Advice
The App provides public-market information, automated calculations, summaries, sentiment, news, and company-analysis tools for informational and educational purposes only. The App:
- Does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice
- Does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, short, or otherwise transact in any security or asset
- Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, freshness, or availability of financial data, news, signals, summaries, or calculations
- Should not be used as the sole basis for investment, trading, tax, accounting, credit, or financial decisions
You should independently verify all information and consult qualified professionals before making financial or investment decisions.
7.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Correction of all defects
- Availability at all times
- Availability of specific data providers, news sources, ads, in-app purchase services, subscription verification, or app store billing services
7.3 Third-Party Content
The App may contain or rely on third-party websites, app stores, ad networks, news, market data, financial statements, and services. We:
- Do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content
- Are not liable for third-party websites, data providers, stores, ad networks, or services
- Recommend reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies
- May show third-party news headlines, summaries, and links that remain the responsibility of their original publishers
8. Paid Plans, In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds
The App may offer optional paid digital products through Apple App Store and Google Play billing. Where allowed and applicable, some plans may also be offered through Lemon Squeezy-hosted web checkout outside the in-app purchase flow.
- Starter Plan / Starter Credits: A one-time in-app purchase that grants a specified number of search credits or paid searches. Starter credits are consumable digital credits and may be reduced when eligible searches or reports are used. Starter access may disable ads while credits or entitlement remain active according to current app rules.
- Pro Plan: An auto-renewing subscription that provides recurring value, such as premium access, unlimited or expanded searches where offered, and ad-disabled access while the subscription entitlement is active.
- Pricing and Billing Frequency: Exact pricing, currency, billing period, taxes, trial terms if any, and renewal terms are shown by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Lemon Squeezy checkout before purchase. Store-displayed or Lemon Squeezy checkout-displayed terms control the transaction.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple App Store or Google Play before the renewal date according to the applicable store's rules.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings. For Lemon Squeezy purchases, you may submit a cancellation request through the App support flow or our support contact method; our support team will process eligible cancellation requests in Lemon Squeezy and may confirm completion by email or support response. Cancelling a subscription usually stops future renewal but may allow continued access until the end of the current billing period, depending on store/provider rules and local law.
- Refunds: Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled primarily by the applicable store under its refund policies. For Lemon Squeezy purchases, refund requests may be reviewed by us and/or Lemon Squeezy according to the applicable checkout terms, payment processor rules, fraud checks, and legal requirements. We may provide support information, but we do not control Apple or Google's refund decisions.
- Entitlement Verification: The App may verify purchases, subscriptions, receipts, tokens, renewal/cancellation status, and available purchases to grant, restore, or remove access. For Lemon Squeezy purchases, the backend may rely on payment records, hosted checkout metadata, and Lemon Squeezy webhook events to grant, continue, cancel, refund, or remove access. Store or payment-provider status may sometimes be delayed; support may use server records and provider information to help resolve issues.
- No Guaranteed Investment Outcome: Paid plans improve app access or remove ads but do not guarantee financial returns, investment success, data accuracy, or specific market outcomes.
9. Advertising-Supported and Ad-Free Access
Free users may see ads and may be subject to usage limits, rewarded-ad flows, or sharing/news-unlock flows. Eligible paid plans may disable ads while the relevant paid entitlement is active. If a paid entitlement expires, is canceled, is refunded, cannot be verified, or search credits are consumed, ads and free usage limits may return according to current app behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any)
- We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, investment value, trading opportunity, or business opportunities
- We are not liable for decisions made based on App data, calculations, reports, signals, summaries, news, ads, or third-party market information
- We are not liable for third-party store outages, payment failures, ad network availability, data provider outages, delayed news, delayed market data, or incorrect third-party data
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless e-Coding Hub Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another
- Your misuse of financial information, paid plans, store purchases, ads, usage limits, or third-party content
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- We will notify you of significant changes through the App where required or appropriate
- Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you do not agree, you must stop using the App
13. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- By You: You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete or anonymize account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to lawful retention for billing, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, store compliance, or legal purposes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
15. Compliance with App Store and Google Play Policies
e-Coding Hub Pvt. Ltd. aims to comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, including:
- User Data: Transparent data collection and use practices
- Data Safety and App Privacy: Accurate disclosure of data collected by the App and third-party SDKs, including account, app activity, diagnostics, advertising, and purchase-related data
- Payments: Use of Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems for eligible in-app digital goods, credits, and subscriptions sold in the App. Where purchases are completed through a web billing page or Lemon Squeezy-hosted checkout, the checkout page and provider terms disclose the payment amount, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund process.
- Subscriptions: Clear disclosure of subscription price, billing frequency, automatic renewal, cancellation, and management options before purchase. For Lemon Squeezy subscriptions, cancellation may be handled through a user support request processed by our team in Lemon Squeezy, instead of an in-app store subscription management screen.
- Advertising: Clear disclosure that the App contains ads and may use third-party ad SDKs for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention
- Permissions: Minimal and clearly justified permissions
- Age Ratings: Appropriate content rating
- User Safety: Protection of user privacy and security
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and e-Coding Hub Pvt. Ltd. regarding the use of the App.
By using MyAverix Finance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions stated above.
