1. Service Description

MyAverix Finance provides company search, public-market financial data, company snapshot analysis, news, watch/support features, advertising-supported access, and optional paid plans.

2. Financial Information Disclaimer

MyAverix Finance does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Company snapshots, financial ratios, stock signals, news, sentiment, analysis, reports, and similar content are for informational and educational purposes only. You must verify information independently and consult a qualified professional before making any financial or investment decision.

3. Paid Plans and Subscriptions

• Starter Plan / Starter Credits: A one-time in-app purchase that grants search credits or paid searches.
• Pro Monthly Plan: An auto-renewable subscription that provides premium access, unlimited searches, and ad-free access while the subscription is active. Price: $49.99 USD per month. Billing period: monthly.
• Pro Yearly Plan: An auto-renewable subscription that provides the same premium access as Pro Monthly for a full year. Price: $499.99 USD per year. Billing period: annual (12 months).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase for iOS App Store purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account subscription settings.
• Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but allows continued access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable store's refund policies.

• Pro Monthly Plan: Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store under its standard policies.
• Pro Yearly Plan: Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of the initial purchase or any renewal date. After 15 days from purchase or renewal, the annual subscription fee is non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period. By subscribing to the Yearly Plan, you acknowledge and agree to this limited refund window.
• Starter Credits: One-time in-app purchases are non-refundable once the credit has been used. Unused credits may be eligible for a refund through the applicable store.

We may provide support information regarding refunds, but final refund decisions for store purchases rest with Apple or Google.

5. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.

6. Data and Privacy

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
